The Story Behind the Sauce

I was born and raised in Cambridge, Massachusetts. From a young age I was always in the kitchen cooking something, weather it be, pancakes, cakes, cookies, or many other dishes. My family and I moved to Georgia with a weather pattern which allows me to plant and grow a vegetable fruit and herb garden. My family and I love to entertain. We host a backyard barbecue at least once a month, as well as other events. Some of our guests have allergies to most of the barbecue sauces on the market and asked me if I could create a special sauce for them. I started experimenting with fresh, natural ingredients grown in my garden. I serve our barbecue sauces to our guest, and I find that the guests enjoy my barbecue sauce on meat, fish, and tofu. So, we have been serving my barbecue sauce creation at events, sharing with friends and guests until they started to order the barbecue sauces. To my wife Althia, thank you for the advice and always supporting and encouraging me. You always have my back in our marriage.
